Our shop provides shopping help for everyone who comes to Kyoto from abroad on holiday or business.

Japanese food labels do not require English, which makes shopping a very high hurdle for those who do not understand Japanese.

Our staff are not fluent in English, but are familiar with the ingredients of organic and natural foods in Japan and can help you shop according to your dietary restrictions (vegan foods, plant-based foods, Muslim-friendly foods, gluten-free foods, various allergens in foods, etc.). We can help you with this.

We can help you read the Japanese labels on the foods we offer and help you choose which ones are compatible with your dietary restrictions.

Please write down your dietary restrictions in English in advance of your visit. Our staff will read your notes and help you choose the right products.

Duty-free sales are also available for items to be taken out of the country as souvenirs.

Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as it may take some time during busy times.

We have been selling organic and natural foods and natural goods here in Kyoto for over 25 years, and with our own restaurant, a chocolate factory (bean to bar made in Kyoto) and an international competition-winning gelato shop in the vicinity, we are not only a great place to shop, but also to eat and relax. It is a great place not only for shopping, but also for dining and relaxing.

Our shop is located near the World Heritage Site of Nijo Castle, close to the station and conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing.

私たちのスタッフは、英語は堪能ではありませんが、日本のオーガニック食品や自然食品の原材料には精通しており、あなたの食事の制限（ヴィーガン食品、プラントベース食品、ムスリムフレンドリー食品、グルテンフリー食品、食品内の各種アレルギー物質等）にあわせたお買い物のお手伝いをいたします。

私たちの提供している食品の日本語表示を読み解き、あなたの食事制限に適合しているかどうかの選択のお手伝いをいたします。

事前に、あなたの食事制限の内容を英語でメモなどに書いてご来店ください。スタッフがそのメモを拝見して、品選びをお手伝いいたします。

また、お土産のために国外に持ち出される品については、免税品販売も可能です。

なお、混雑時にはお時間をいただくこともありますので、時間には余裕をもってご来店ください。

私たちはここ京都においてオーガニック食品、自然食品、ナチュラル雑貨の販売を25年以上行っており、当店の近隣には私たちが経営するレストラン、チョコレート工場（京都製造のbean to bar）、国際コンテストに何度も入賞したジェラート店などがあり、お買い物だけではなく、食事やリラックスにも最適です。
